What started with drinks mixed for friends at home celebrations has grown into a full-service bar built for Kansas City's event scene, with a menu designed to include every guest at the table.

Curtrice Wilson
Curtrice Wilson's love for cocktails started 15 years ago, mixing drinks for friends at small holiday gatherings and intimate celebrations at home. Word spread quickly among family and friends, and she soon earned the nickname "Cocktail Queen" for drinks that always stood out.
A trip to Houston, Texas changed everything. After stopping at a drive-thru daiquiri shop and tasting their frozen creations, Curtrice saw an opportunity to bring her own cocktail recipes into frozen form. She began adapting her signature drinks into daiquiris, confident they could taste just as good frozen as they did shaken.
That idea became Daiquiri Disiacs. With 15 years of cocktail-making experience behind her, Curtrice now curates every recipe on the menu, bringing the same care and flavor that first made her the Cocktail Queen to every event Daiquiri Disiacs serves.
