How to Book Your Event
Getting started is simple: reach out with your event date, location, and guest count so we can confirm availability across the Kansas City area. From there, we'll walk through menu options, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections and any fruit-shell upgrades, to build a drink lineup that fits your event.
Once details are confirmed, we handle setup and service on-site, arriving ready to serve for your scheduled 4-hour window. After the event, we're available to answer questions or book your next celebration.

From Home Gatherings to Kansas City's Mobile Daiquiri Bar
Daiquiri Disiacs started 15 years ago with cocktails mixed for friends at home celebrations and holiday gatherings, long before it became a business. What earned a reputation among friends as standout drinks eventually turned into a full frozen daiquiri menu, inspired by a mobile daiquiri shop discovered on a trip to Houston.
